What to expect after completing the online application form

Once you have confirmed that your preferred date is available and you have completed the online application form, we will wait to receive from you a copy of your ID, proof of residence, and proof of payment to 3rdpinelandshallhire[at]gmail.com.

You need to complete this step within 48hrs of submitting the form or we will no longer keep the hall provisionally booked for you and it will become available for other potential users.

We will reply to your email that you send containing the information we require (ID, proof of address, and proof of payment) confirming that the hall has been booked for your event – and we will update the booking calendar to reflect your booking.

Included in the email we send you will be instructions about how to access the hall for your event.
